Exchange & Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and the regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange or return the product provided to buyer(customer) from the store within 3 days following the date of receipt of the product for return and 3 days for exchange. The buyer does not have the right to exchange or return the product after the mentioned days.

2- To exchange or return a product, it is required that the product is in new condition with all accessories and the consumer has not used the product, modified or received its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging or refunding it to ensure of its condition and the consumers are responsible for paying the shipping fees either for exchanging or retiring the product. As for international, the consumers pays the full shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company.

3- All the shipping/delivery fees must be paid by the consumer, and the previous shipping fees are not refundable

4- Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation. 

5- All The following Item(s) MUST be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been worn, used or modified in any way. 

Socks& Stockings, Eyelashes, Wigs, Hats, Shoes Cosmetics, Teeth. 

6- Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged

The consumer has no right to exchange or return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by consumer, products with a defect or that violated the specifications specified by the consumer are excluded from this.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to improper possession of the consumer.

Exceptions 

1- In case of receiving incorrect item(s), there will be no additional shipping charges and Party Costumes Mix will cover the shipping cost. 

2- We take responsibility for posting incorrect item(s) or incorrect name and we exchange the item without any additional shipping fees providing that the item has not been used and returned in its original packaging.
